Competitions for elite teams require two performances at each competition, once on Saturday and again on Sunday. Elite routines are two minutes and thirty seconds long. Elite teams practice at least twice a week with one two-hour practice on a weekday after school and one practice on Sunday afternoon for two and a half hours every week throughout the season.
