Athlete Safety is a Priority at Challenger Cheer Elite.
We are committed to keeping our children safe while in our care. Please let a staff member know of any concerns. Please report to USASF if you see inappropriate behavior with a child. Please report suspected child abuse to Children's Protective Services or to the police.
Parents will always be allowed in our facility, even during tryouts and choreography. Our parent viewing windows allow parents to see their children, even though their child cannot see them!
Each staff member will complete a background check before working for Challenger Cheer Elite. In addition, coaches must pass the USASF background check. Our staff will also be USASF certified.

Cameras will cover every part of the building, except the restrooms. We will be able to see who enters and exits every room, office, and restroom.

There is never a time when a coach will be alone in the gym with an athlete. We will always have multiple staff members present. If for any reason a child has a private lesson and a second staff member is not present, the parent will be asked to stay for the entire private lesson. We will plan on staff members offering private lessons during the same times.
